Our restaurant in Lausanne is open:

  • Monday to Sunday: 11:30 am to 2 pm and 6:30 pm to 10 pm

Our specialties

You will find on the menu some of our specialties (depending on the season) such as: onion pudding, papet vaudois and cabbage sausage, game, tooth salad lion, asparagus, … 

The menu also offers classics of regional cuisine such as the famous perch fillet, “Le Port” mussels, and many others.
