Welcome to the Hôtel-Restaurant du Port!

All year round, we warmly open our doors to you, for any occasion : business trip, family vacation, weekend exploring Lausanne, etc.

Our charming little family hotel is run by the third generation of the Nicolier family. Since 1962, you have been welcomed with the same desire and the same passion.

On the shores of Lake Geneva

Our family hotel in Lausanne benefits from a prime location in the town. Indeed, you will stay a few steps from Lake Geneva and Port Lausanne-Ouchy. 

The city center is accessible in just 10 minutes, thanks to the M2 metro which passes through the “Ouchy- Olympique” 100 metersfrom our charming hotel in Lausanne.

From the terrace of the Hôtel-Restaurant du Port, you will appreciate the lovely view of the mountains and Lake Geneva. 

Our establishment is the quiet pied-à-terre, ideal for discovering the region or attending your meeting.

The 22 comfortable rooms

Alone or with family, our rooms meet all your needs. They are equipped with numerous amenities that will simplify your getaways: flat screen TV, safe, bathroom, hairdryer, and many others. 

Arrival takes place between 2 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. (for late arrivals, contact us), and departure before 11:30 a.m..

On request, we provide you with a baby bed (free of charge) or an extra bed (at an additional cost).

To meet our team, we invite you to meet at reception, open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.. We will answer all your questions in French and English.

The appetizing breakfast

Wake up full of indulgence with breakfast. Served between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m., during the week, and between 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., on weekends, the breakfast is presented in the form a continental buffet. 

You will find a multitude of products: breads, croissants, jams, cold meats, eggs, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, cereals... We try to meet all your desires.

Breakfast is taken in the room, on the terrace or under the veranda. 

Buffet breakfast: 16 CHF – “Breakfast in room” option: 8 CHF

The meeting room

In our family hotel in Lausanne, we provide professionals with a meeting room, which can accommodate one to fifteen people. The room includes Wi-Fi, a beamer screen (no beamer) and a flipchart.
